We’ve listened to your feedback and are proud to present the roadmap for Awoostria Con 2025! We’ve adopted a transparent approach, allowing everyone to track key deadlines, dates, and highlights along the way.

The roadmap will be updated throughout the year to keep everyone informed.

Awoostria - Rise of the Cults

Early registration opens 10th of November 20:00 CET.

The convention will happen in July 2025 (calendar week 30), with the exact date to be announced soon

The early registration will help Awoostria to estimate the demand for next year’s Convention. So that we can offer the venue according to the attendee numbers.

Hotel room booking opens later this winter! Watch out for the announcement.

-Dealers Den registration takes a new approach

Dealers will be able to submit their application this time before having to pay for the Con Ticket. Meaning, dealers will know if they got approved or declined before the payment timeframe begins. More info will be published soon.
