As artist in the Story Department you will contribute artworks that will be used in videos on the main stage and the interactive story experience during the Awoostria convention.
Key responsibilities
Create artworks of characters and/or backgrounds according to the requirements of the writers and the lead artist/storyboarder.
Possibly help with the design of new characters.
Qualifications and Profile
If you want to contribute character artworks, previous experience in drawing anthro characters is required. You will be asked to provide access to a portfolio.
For drawing backgrounds, experience in drawing diverse environments is a plus. We’ll also ask you to share a portfolio.
Time Commitment
You will be asked to draw a number of artworks in the months leading up to the convention, depending on the number of artists and the requirements for the specific convention story. The rest of the story team will work to ensure the possibility of generous deadlines - so under normal circumstances you will be able to make your own schedule within the timeframe of a few months. A plus is that the tasks will be finished before the start of the convention, so you can enjoy the convention itself fully as free time!
