Why Join the Stage Crew?
Have you ever been at a festival and wished that you could change that one detail, that makes everything so much better? Now you can! Here you can gain new experiences and form relations in the industry.
What Does It Take to Join?
You don’t need to be a professional event technician. We welcome everyone, from seasoned pros to enthusiastic beginners. We offer training to help you grow in the areas you’re passionate about.
Time Commitment:
How much time you spend for the Stage Crew depends on your experience and motivation. We divide the shifts of the individual panels among all volunteers during the con. If you’re in a leading position (see your responsibilities), there will be some organizational effort before the con, too.
What Are Your Responsibilities?
This will depend on your experience. On a minimum, you’re expected to stay professional at your shifts and operate to the best of your knowledge. We also appreciate your help with setup and teardown. If you qualify (and apply) for a leading position in Light, Audio or Video the whole organization of this sector will be in your hands with help from our department leads of course.
