About the Role
As a Walking Crew Member, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable face of the convention, providing guidance and support to attendees across both of our venues. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting attendees with event and panel information so they don’t miss a moment of the fun.
Providing helpful details about the venue, including directions and important locations.
Answering inquiries and ensuring guests have the information they need to enjoy the event to the fullest.
Helping attendees who struggle with socializing, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who:
Are friendly, approachable, and passionate about community-building.
Enjoy helping others and providing clear information.
Can engage with a variety of attendees, including those who may be shy or have difficulty socializing.
Are team players and can work well with fellow Walking Crew members.
Are available throughout the convention to assist in both venues.
