1. General Information

1.1. The general Terms and Conditions of Awoostria apply. They can be found under https://awoostria.at/policies/terms-conditions.

1.2. The additional Terms and Conditions written below only apply to people that purchase an Infinity Ticket.

1.3. Awoostria reserves the right to buy back the Infinity Ticket after the first two years for the face value at the time of purchase.

1.4. The Infinity Ticket is non-refundable.

1.5. The Infinity Ticket is non-transferable.

1.6. Only one Infinity Ticket can be purchased per person.

1.7. The Infinity Ticket is valid for Awoostria and “made by Awoostria” events and conventions only.

1.8. The Infinity Ticket is only valid as long as Awoostria - Verein zur Förderung der Subkultur der Darstellung von anthropomorphen Mischwesen has not ceased operation.

1.9. The Infinity Ticket can be revoked from the buyer by the Board of Awoostria in case of a violation of the Terms and Conditions or rules of conduct.

1.9.1. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.

1.10. The Infinity Ticket can be revoked from the buyer by the Board of Awoostria in case of an expulsion from an event by Awoostria.

1.10.1. The ticket is non-refundable in this case.

1.11. In case of cancellation of Awoostria 2025, the buyer is eligible for an optional full refund of the Infinity Ticket after fees.

2. Services included in the Infinity Ticket

2.1. Complimentary Super Sponsor attendance for Awoostria 2025, consequently Attendee status for every year Awoostria exists afterwards.

2.2. The Infinity Ticket owner has the option to purchase an upgrade to Sponsor or Super Sponsor each year to at-con value.

2.3. VIP treatment at every Awoostria convention. This includes but is not limited to

2.3.1. Reserved seating (where applicable).

2.3.2. Special panels and events, etc. (where applicable).

2.4. Early access to registration for Awoostria Events as per 1.7.

2.5. Early bookings for possible hotel rooms (where applicable).

2.6. Free entry to all Awoostria events (base tickets, where applicable, as per 1.7.).

2.7. Badge with special design (where applicable).

2.8. Skip lines at every Awoostria convention or event (where applicable).

2.9. Special mention in conbooks (opt out possible; where applicable).

2.10. Stage Ticket (where applicable).

3. Salvatory clause

3.1. In the event of a provision of the Terms and Conditions for the Infinity Ticket being or becoming (wholly or in part) invalid, unlawful, or impracticable according to governing law, it is agreed that the provision or part of the provision is no longer part of these Terms and Conditions; however, the remaining provisions remain fully operative.
