Artist Alley Policy

General

You can claim a spot in the alley without applying. Just find a free table and take a seat: "First come, first served." Once you spot an available table, set up and share your artwork, whether it’s sketches or badges. If you need a break or have enough work to occupy you, feel free to let another artist use the table. Please read the Rules below before taking a spot.

Rules

  • It is only permitted to sell handmade art. This includes Art Physical or Digital nature.

    • Examples: Badges, traditional/digital Artwork commissions, etc.

    • It is not allowed to sell for example: Stickers, mass produced merchandise articles, etc.

  • Items and services in violation of rules or laws must not be offered.

  • First come first serve. It is not permitted to reserve tables.

  • It is permitted to start setting up your Table from the Opening Hours onwards. Starting to set up a Table before opening is not permitted.

General guidelines

  • Each artist is expected to be fully aware and take responsibility to be compliant with laws, handle their taxes and declarations.

  • Awoostria is not liable for damages, injuries or loss incurred to or caused by any Artist or Attendee

  • Actions and behaviours that endangers people or property is strictly forbidden and might result in permanent revoke of attendee status. In case someone witness such activity, Awoostria staff or security should be contacted.

  • Activities that cause dirt or contamination are not allowed
